The Computer Guy shows up in person to fix your computer.
Scheduled for either 9am or noon, generally.
Somebody 18 years or older must be present for the entire appointment.
Prices are higher than "Over The Internet"

The Computer Guy fixes your computer over the net.
(You don't need to know anything special)
Scheduling starts at 4pm, generally.
You only need to be present at the start of the appointment.
Payment by credit card.
