Is The Big Red Button just a program? NO! It's The Computer Guy, LIVE (and there's only one of me), working on your computer, one on one with you. While he is working on your computer, he will most likely need you to be available by phone so that you can adequately describe the problem(s), and anything else that you'd like checked.

"Phantom Support" is our new, FAST service option which allows The Computer Guy to log into your computer from the office and fix it over any distance! Your first reaction to this is probably something along the lines of, "oh, that's going to be too complicated for me. I don't want to install anything." You'll be AMAZED at how EASY it is to get started. Just click the Big Red Button on the home page and follow the instructions there.
- SECURE: This service does NOT give The Computer Guy permanent or random access to your computer. Once the comptuer is repaired, the session is over, and nobody will be able to remotely access your computer without your permission.
- ENTERTAINING: If you wish to, you can usually sit in your chair and watch The Computer Guy work on your system. You get to see every key typed, every mouse-click, etc. That's why we call it "Phantom Support," it's as if a ghost is sitting at your computer and fixing it for you!
- RELIABLE: THIS IS *NOT* JOHNNY UTAH!!! There's a certain Squad of Geeks that CLAIMS they fix your computer when you bring it into them. Instead, they simply hook it up to a "Johnny Utah" station where someone from India logs in and works on your computer. The Computer Guy will NEVER do that to you! The Computer Guy is a single-man operation; he and he alone will conduct the repairs on your computer.
- REQUIREMENTS: In order to use this service, your system MUST be booting into Windows, and you MUST be able to access this website. If you're reading this from the computer you need service on, then you're eligible for Phantom Support.
